1. Organizer

The raffle is organized by The Mint AS, Havnegata 28, 8514 Narvik, Norway (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

Participation is free of charge and without obligation. Only natural persons aged 18 years or older may enter. Employees, partners, or affiliates of The Mint AS are excluded from participation. Each person may register only once via the official entry form.

3. Entry Period

Entries are accepted during Cardano Summit 2025 and close at the end of the event.

4. How to Enter

Participants register by completing the official entry form and confirming the required checkboxes (consent to receive information and acceptance of these Terms). Entries without consent cannot be accepted.

5. Prizes and Selection

Twelve (12) ruby hearts from The Mint’s Greenland Collection (approx. USD 75 each) will be drawn at random. Winners may be announced during the Summit and will also be contacted by email after the event. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

6. Liability and Delivery

The Organizer is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages during delivery. Any applicable taxes or customs duties are borne by the winner.

7. Data Protection

Personal data are collected only for administering the raffle and for sending GNRC-related updates in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Miscellaneous

Norwegian law applies. Legal recourse is excluded. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if technical or legal circumstances require it.
